Candescent Artistry was founded by Allie in the beginning of 2020 after trialing numerous names and trying to brand as someone she wasn't. Candescent Artistry fully embodies Allie and the amazing service she wants to provide to beautiful babes wanting to get dolled up for their wedding. After a year of fully diving into her true authentic self, you now get Candescent Artistry - a bubbly service full of laughs, music and fun for all those involved.

Candescent Artistry's mission is to bring beautiful makeup and hair to those who don't typically dress up, but want to "add a little spice" while providing guidance for a smooth, relaxing wedding day.

For fun, I started working on photoshoots and collaborating with photographers and models as a hobby in late 2016. Before I knew it, my mother was asking me to do makeup for a friend's wedding.

How could I say no?!

Sooooo, I did. And LOOOOVVVEED it! That is when I spiraled into my love of the wedding beauty industry. I am loving it so far and can't wait to continue bringing passionate beauty looks to you!

Weddings have always had a special place in my heart, although I didn't grow up thinking this would be my job (let alone my DREAM job!) I wanted to be a Broadway performer, if you can believe it - but that's a whole other story! lol

As a counter manager for Clinique back in 2016, I re-sparked my love for makeup, but... I hated retail. I had worked retail for most of my jobs. I couldn't stand it and it was beginning to affect my mental health so I quit before I had another job lined up (which was super out of character for me and I never thought I'd do.)
